Our 12-month placement programme offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop the key skills needed to build a successful career in Learning and Development. As part of our wider People team, the Learning and Development function supports the ongoing growth and development of our employees through a range of learning initiatives, development programmes and early careers opportunities. We also manage the recruitment and development of apprentices, graduates and placement students across the business. This role will give you the opportunity to contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, while developing a strong understanding of how the team supports business performance and employee development.
