University of Northampton is seeking an experienced, client‑focussed Coordinator to provide professional administrative services within the Student Futures Placements Team. This fixed term role supports placements for students and works with academic teams and partner organisations to deliver high quality services.
You will coordinate administration tasks, manage deadlines with accuracy, and communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via IT systems.
This is a full time fixed term contract until 30 September 2027

The Student Futures' Placements Team provides support, guidance and administrative services for students, academic programme teams and the organisations that provide placement opportunities that are assessed as part of a student's course.
The University is seeking an experienced, client focused coordinator to provide professional administrative services. You will be undertaking a range of activities, working with academic teams and organisations providing placements, delivering exceptional services to our students.
You will need to be able to follow procedures as well as work using your own initiative. With a proven track record of coordinating administration tasks, you will need to demonstrate success in delivering excellence in customer service.
Working alongside other co-ordinators, you will be expected to ensure that your own and team deadlines are met for the areas of responsibility, with a high degree of accuracy. The role requires you to use a range of communication skills, in person , over the telephone and through IT systems and technologies.
