Job summary

Nottingham Trent University is seeking a proactive Placement Allocation Administrator to join the Practice Learning team. You will coordinate the allocation and administration of professional practice placements for Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedicine and Social Work, ensuring placements meet regulatory and programme requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the allocation and administration of professional practice placements for Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedicine and Social Work.
• Ensure students are placed appropriately and in line with professional, regulatory and programme requirements.
• Collaborate with students, academic colleagues, NHS and social care partners to support high‑quality placement experiences.
• Support the delivery of placement activity and maintain positive relationships with external placement providers across the region.
