Responsibilities

• Lead place-based partnership working across Berkshire West to deliver strategic priorities with colleagues and partners.
• Develop and deliver cross-organisational programmes to improve population health and reduce inequalities supporting Trust strategies.
• Build influential relationships across boundaries, providing visible leadership and trusted partnership within the health/care system.
• Champion collaboration and innovation, turning strategic ambition into tangible local outcomes.
