Franco Manca in Exeter is seeking a motivated Pizza Second Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef, lead by example, and ensure every pizza is crafted to our simple, authentic standard.

• Take responsibility for key kitchen areas: prep, quality control, hygiene and safety.
• Train and support junior team members, sharing skills and passion for great food.
• Stay calm under pressure and lead the team when the Head Chef isn’t around.
• Hands-on role from dough stretching to creating pizzas that delight guests.
