Job summary

Dr. Oetker Leyland site is seeking Production Operatives to join a high-volume food manufacturing environment. You will operate machinery across Bakery, Topping or Packaging lines, perform quality and safety checks, and contribute to ISO/GMP/HACCP-compliant processes.

The role offers full training with opportunities for internal promotion in a modern, hygienic facility known for its backlog of Pizza brands and strong team culture. Rotating AM/PM shifts across Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or fast-paced production is advantageous.
Team player with clear, professional communication.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to follow SOPs and work under pressure.
Flexibility to work rotating AM/PM shifts (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

Operate machinery or support production in Bakery, Topping, or Packaging areas.
Carry out quality and food safety checks (e.g. visual inspections, CCP verifications, traceability).
Identify and elevate non-conformances in line with ISO, FSSC, GMP and HACCP standards.
Support smooth changeovers, maintain standards, and complete documentation accurately.
Collaborate with team, supervisors and support functions to drive site performance.
