Job Title: Head Chef

As Head Chef, you'll be the master of the kitchen - leading your team to create incredible food while keeping everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

1. Taking charge of the kitchen, ensuring every pizza is cooked to perfection and every dish meets our high standards.
2. Inspiring and developing your team, helping them grow their skills and passion for food.
3. Managing kitchen operations, from food preparation and stock control to hygiene and health & safety.
4. Being hands-on - whether crafting pizzas, training your team, or finding ways to improve the kitchen.
5. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements include:

1. Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant environment.
2. Passion for Italian cooking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
3. Leadership by example, creating a positive and supportive kitchen atmosphere.
4. Excellent organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.
