Caravan Southbank, London is excited to hire a brilliant Pizza Chef to help run our pizza service as we open a new location. We’re seeking someone kind, confident and passionate about fresh ingredients, sourdough fermentation and the perfect leopardo.

As Junior Pizza Chef you’ll work with the Head Chef and management to keep the kitchen running brilliantly each day, upholding health & safety, culture and hospitality standards while developing yourself and inspiring the team.

This November, we’re opening our tenth, and biggest, Caravan at the Southbank. And we’re looking for a brilliant Pizza Chef to help run our pizza service. We’re after someone kind, confident and genuinely passionate fare il pizzaiolo. Someone who is passionate about fresh ingredients, fermenting sourdough and the perfect leopardo. Someone who knows how to work in a team, and gets a kick out of helping their team give our guests the best experience possible.

You’ll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The role

As Junior Pizza Chef, you’ll work alongside your Head Chef and the management team to make sure the kitchen runs brilliantly every day. That means following the standards for health & safety, culture, hospitality and developing yourself, and inspiring the team around you to make sure every dish sent out is one we’re proud to serve.
