Job summary

The Leeds Marriott Hotel, home to Gino D'Acampo Restaurant, invites a passionate Pizza Chef to join the kitchen brigade. You will prepare, cook and present authentic pizzas to the highest standard while upholding food safety, presentation and service.

This is a full-time role (35 hours per week over 5 days) offering the opportunity to learn and excel under the guidance of Head Chef and Sous Chefs, delivering exceptional guest experiences in an Italian-inspired setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of pizza preparation, dough making and cooking techniques.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and Italian-inspired cuisine.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Knowledge of food hygiene legislation and HACCP procedures.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality pizzas.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
