Job summary

Contract Options is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in Central London to fill a Chef de Partie role focused on authentic Italian cuisine and pizza making.

You will prepare fresh dough, work with traditional doughs and fermentation methods, and deliver high-quality pizzas in a professional kitchen with a supportive team. The assignment begins on a temporary PAYE basis with 37.5 hours/week, transitioning to permanent employment after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in an Italian kitchen.
• Proven experience making pizzas from scratch.
• Knowledge of different dough types, proving and fermentation techniques.
• High standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Ability to work well within a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh pizza dough from scratch and manage dough fermentation.
• Produce high-quality pizzas using authentic Italian techniques.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
