Amentum is seeking a Piping Completion Lead to support the MEH Alliance programme at the HPC site in the UK. You will lead the piping completion activities, coordinating with the Construction Engineering Manager and the MEH team to deliver on-site engineering work safely and to schedule.

You will require proven experience in pressure test and completion activities, strong leadership, and the ability to work under time pressure with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven experience working in an equivalent/related role related to pressure test and completion activities.
• Meticulous and rigorous approach to engineering to achieve high professional standards.
• Proven ability to deliver engineering safely to quality, time and cost in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Strong people leadership skills to coordinate delivery through the team.
• Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously but with awareness of limits.
• Knowledge of contractual and commercial mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• The MEH programme has commenced bulk installation on site since the start of 2024; focus on construction leads for engineering delivery of the site scope.
• The Piping Completions Lead reports to the Piping Construction Engineering Manager.
• Current team size is 19 engineers; involves operational leadership of a matrixed team.
• Work with time pressures to unblock technical issues allowing installation teams to continue work.
• Lead with the installation Contract Engineering Lead and align with MEH leadership across the discipline teams.
• Make timely site decisions within defined boundaries to keep progress on track.
