Job summary

EDF HPC in the UK seeks a Piping Engineering Completion Lead to oversee the pressure test strategy and on-site completion for HPC pipework. You will drive preparation, testing, and handover to Commissioning, coordinating installation contractors, project managers and engineering teams to meet nuclear safety and quality standards.

Essential requirements include proven experience in pressure test/completion roles, strong leadership, and an engineering background with CDM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pressure test and completion activities.
• Strong engineering discipline and quality focus.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and interfaces.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations applicable to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead pressure test loop definition and on-site execution.
• Coordinate interfaces between installation teams and project managers.
• Develop documentation for pressure test and handover to Commissioning.
• Lead development of a digital tool to support pressure tests.
• Define completion strategies and KPIs for site progress.
• Ensure integration of post-construction needs into the construction sequence.
