Job summary

Amentum is recruiting a Project Engineer (Pipework) to support manufacturing progress on the HPC project across UK sites. The role reports to the Piping Manufacture Lead and involves coordination with RD, ED, EPM teams, and construction to resolve technical issues and keep the schedule on track.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience in technically complex, dynamic environments, preferably Nuclear Energy.
• Proven ability to deliver engineering safely on time and within cost.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and issue resolution experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering (Technical) support to the Package Project Management team.
• Collate and maintain support tracker from HO2 to HO3 through manufacturing completion.
• Manage change management for design updates post HO2 pre-HO3.
• Manage the Technical Query (TQ) process and chair regular TQ meetings.
• Ensure CEMAR is maintained to reflect TQ progress and resolutions.
• Provide technical input into HO3 requirements.
• Provide support to Lead as required.
