Job summary

PT Renewables? is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager (Pipework) for Bristol, with office-based work and site visits. You will own end-to-end mechanical pipework projects, manage programmes and resources, and report into operations and contracts management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mechanical Project Manager in building services or mechanical contracting.
• Strong pipework knowledge and on-site delivery capability.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical pipework projects end to end from programme through to completion.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery across projects.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including cost, margin, valuations and reporting.
• Plan and manage labour and resources to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Read drawings and schematics to understand pipework packages and how they fit together.
• Prepare RAMS and uphold health, safety and quality standards on site.
• Build and maintain strong client and supply chain relationships.
• Keep operations and contracts teams informed with clear progress and metrics.
