Zusammenfassung

Uniper is seeking a Pipelines Maintenance Engineer (all genders) to develop maintenance strategies for gas pipeline assets and manage outages, with hands-on fault finding and safety leadership. You will use SAP, PT-Risk, and Synergy Life for data and improvements, and act as Senior Authorised Person and PERO when required.

We value experience in process industries, CMMS knowledge, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to Higher National Certificate (HNC) level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and CMMS (e.g., SAP).
• Knowledge of process safety and health, safety and environmental legislation.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and support the development of maintenance strategies to ensure long-term integrity and performance of gas pipeline assets.
• Plan, oversee and execute maintenance activities during outages, including overhaul of pressure control systems and inspections.
• Fault finding and investigation to support asset reliability and meet performance targets.
• Manage contracts from specification through to delivery, ensuring work is safe, on time and within budget.
• Act as Senior Authorised Person to enact safety from the system and lead emergency responses as Pipeline Emergency Response Officer (PERO).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support a safe and commercially sound operation.
