Job summary

Glacier Energy is seeking Coating/Painting Inspectors with pipeline coating experience to support a major UK gas network project across UK-wide sites. NACE Level 2/3 certification and DFT experience are essential, along with passing D&A testing and Confined Space Medium Risk certification.

Engagement will likely be via an Ltd company contractor, outside IR35 (subject to confirmation); day rate will be benchmarked to role and experience across multiple UK sites.

Qualifications

• NACE Level 2 or 3 certification is required.
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing (D&A).
• Confined Space Medium Risk certification required.
• Willingness to complete client site inductions as required.
• Experience with DFT measurements on buried and above-ground pipeline assets.

Responsibilities

• Contribution to coating/painting inspection on UK pipeline projects.
• Support framework arrangement across UK-wide sites.
• Engagement via Ltd company contractor, outside IR35 (subject to confirmation).
• Provide day rate benchmarking in line with role and experience.
