Job summary

Teamforce Labour in Wimbledon, South West London, is seeking an experienced Pipelayer to install drainage and pipeline systems on a busy project. You will lay and connect pipes, including deep drainage works, and work safely in confined spaces.

The ideal candidate will have proven pipelaying experience, City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined Spaces qualification, and a valid Blue CSCS Card. You will read site drawings, support excavation and backfilling, and help keep the programme on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pipelayer.
• City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined Spaces qualification (essential).
• Valid Blue CSCS Card.
• Experience with deep drainage and pipelaying works.
• Ability to read site drawings and levels.
• Reliable and a team player.

Responsibilities

Job description

Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Pipelayer to join our team on a project based in Wimbledon, South West London, SW19.

Candidates must hold a valid City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined Spaces qualification and have previous experience carrying out pipelaying and drainage works.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Installation of drainage and pipeline systems in accordance with project specifications
• Laying and connecting pipes, including deep drainage works
• Working safely within confined spaces when required
• Assisting with excavation, trench preparation and backfilling activities
• Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines
• Following site health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
