Job summary

Recruit4staff LTD is seeking a.Site Supervisor to lead a team of fitters, erectors and welders on a live project in the UK. You will oversee labour allocation, ensure RAMS and permits are in place, and maintain quality and safety across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 pipefitting/mechanical installation qualification, with CSCS/CCNSG and PASMA cards, and a track record of supervising on-site pipe installations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on site and ensuring installation progress.
• CITB SSSTS certification holder with on-site supervision responsibilities.
• Level 3 qualification in pipefitting or mechanical installation or closely related discipline.
• City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organise a team of fitters, erectors, welders and mates to meet site programme.
• Brief teams on RAMS, permits, lift plans and site rules; carry out risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Monitor safety, control installation quality and progress, manage materials and keep site records.
• Liaise with client, principal contractor and other trades.
