Job summary

Scantec Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pipefitter to join a project at AWE Aldermaston on a 1 month minimum contract, with potential extension. Start date ASAP.

You will install Megger press-fit steel pipework and soldered copper pipework, ensuring quality and compliance in a highly regulated nuclear environment. A valid CSCS card and prior pipework experience are essential for this role. The hours are 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Experience as pipefitter in regulated environments
CSCS Card required
Experience with Megger press-fit steel and copper pipework

Job description

Duration: 1 month minimum, with potential for extension

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £29.11 per hour CIS

Pay Model: CIS

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

Working Pattern: Paid lunch, with every other Friday as a non-working day
