Job summary

Scantec seeks an experienced Pipefitter to join a project at AWE Aldermaston. You will be responsible for installing Megger press-fit steel pipework and soldered copper pipework in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Essential requirements include a CSCS Card, NVQ Level 3, and prior pipefitting experience, with SC or DV clearance. This is a contract role with a 1 month minimum duration and potential for extension.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is required.
Previous pipework/pipefitting experience is essential.

Job description

Pipefitter - AWE Aldermaston

Location: AWE Aldermaston

Contract: Contract

Duration: 1 month minimum, with potential for extension

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £29.11 per hour CIS

Pay Model: CIS

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Working Pattern: Paid lunch, with every other Friday as a non-working day

Paid Hours: 10 hours per day
