Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD in Rugby is looking for experienced pipe welders for immediate starts on a full‑time basis. The role involves fabrication work on standard and bespoke tankers, with top-down welding, a physical, hands‑on setup, and a fixed day shift 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday.

Candidates with pipe welding experience are encouraged to apply; codings can be arranged for those not yet coded. Excellent options for ongoing, steady work and progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with pipe welding on fabrication projects.
• Able to work on standard and bespoke tankers.
• Comfortable physical work and assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welds on both standard and bespoke project tankers.
• Assemble projects piece by piece for welding.
• Follow fixed day shift, 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday.

Pipe Welders

Salary: £17 - £20p/hr

Fixed days - 08:00 - 16:30

Rugby - Full time temp to perm

Urgent - Immediate starts available

We are looking for a number of experienced pipe welders to work with a growing business based in Rugby.

• This is fabrication work where you will be working on both standard and bespoke project tankers.
• Working a bit different to the norm (welding top down)
• This is also a physical role where you will be building the projects piece by piece to weld together.

All on a fixed day shift Monday - Friday, regular steady work. If you are coded great if you aren't but have the experience the company will get you coded.

Immediate starts available for candidates with pipe welding experience.
