Job summary

Recruit4staff are representing an established engineering business in their search for a Pipe Welder to work on site in Dagenham, with pay of £25.00 - £28.00 per hour CIS and accommodation provided by the client. You will weld stainless steel pipework on site, reading engineering drawings and following specifications.

The role requires TIG welding, NVQ 3 in Pipe Welding or equivalent, CSCS/CCNSG card, and compliance with on-site health and safety rules; some 10-hour days and occasional weekends

Job Role:

As a Pipe Welder, you will be responsible for welding stainless steel pipework on site in Dagenham, working with pipework from 0.5" and following engineering drawings and specifications. Pipe Welder duties will be carried out in accordance with strict on-site health and safety rules and regulations, with a focus on producing high-quality TIG welded pipework.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous Pipe Welder experience working with stainless steel pipework
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Competent in TIG welding processes
• NVQ Level 3 in Pipe Welding or equivalent
• Valid CCNSG or CSCS Card
• The successful Pipe Welder must be comfortable working within strict site health and safety requirements
