Job summary

RECRUITMENT HELPLINE is seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter for a full-time, permanent role in Liversedge, West Yorkshire. You will install and assemble carbon steel and stainless pipe systems in industrial environments, reading drawings and ensuring accurate layouts.

The role offers a 40-hour week with early long shifts, an hourly rate of £16.00–£18.00, and benefits including a bonus, pension and free onsite parking. Occasional UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Practical experience as a Pipe Fitter in the Industrial sector.
• Ability to read isometric drawings and P&IDs.
• Comfortable measuring, marking out and routing pipework.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble carbon steel and stainless steel pipe systems per specs.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand and power tools.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
• Install pipe hangers and supports for proper alignment.
• Inspect and test installed systems for leaks and functionality.
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine layouts.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Pipe Fitter to join a well-established company

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £16.00 - £18.00 Per Hour, (£33,280 - £37,440 Per Annum), Depending on Experience.

Location: Liversedge, West Yorkshire, WF15.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8.5 Hour Shift, Friday 6 Hour Shift (40 Hours Per Week).

About The Company:

Established in 1974 and based in West Yorkshire, we provide expert mechanical service installation solutions nationwide, with most work carried out within a 30-mile radius of Liversedge.

They now have an opportunity for a competent, time-served Pipe Fitter to join our team.

Role & Requirements:

This is a full-time, permanent PAYE position for a Pipe Fitter with solid, hands‑on experience in industrial environments. Occasional UK travel may be required depending on workload.

Essential requirements:

• Practical experience working as a Pipe Fitter within the Industrial sector
• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and P&IDs
• Confident in measuring, marking out and routing pipework
• Able to install carbon steel and stainless steel pipework
• Comfortable working independently once given drawings and instructions

Please note: this role is not suitable for trainees, domestic plumbers, or candidates without industrial pipe fitting experience.
