Qualifications

• NMC or HCPC registration with 1+ year post-registration experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Competent IT and report-writing ability.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out up to 3 client assessments per day (telephone, video or face-to-face).
• Gather information and produce factual reports to support DWP decisions.
• Work within a structured training and support framework.
• Maintain professional standards and accurate documentation.
