Job summary

The PIP Disability Assessor role with Maven Group Ltd involves carrying out 3 to 4 client assessments per day by telephone, video or face-to-face. You’ll listen to experiences, gather information and produce a factual report to help the DWP determine eligibility for benefits.

The DWP makes the final decision, not you. We offer a starting salary of £42,000 per year, with hybrid/home working and on-site options in Holsworthy.

Qualifications

• An NMC registered nurse or HCPC qualified professional with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and competent IT skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new role with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 3 to 4 client assessments per day via telephone, video or face-to-face.
• Gather information and produce a factual report to help the DWP determine eligibility for benefits.
• Work with diverse conditions, including mental health, as part of the assessment process.
