Job summary

The Maven Group Ltd is recruiting for a PIP Disability Assessor to carry out 3 to 4 client assessments per day, via telephone, video, or face-to-face consultations. You will gather information and produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions determine eligibility for benefits.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you perform at your best in this people-focused role, with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) or HCPC-qualified professional with 1+ year post-registration experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient IT and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a training-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 3 to 4 client assessments per day via telephone, video or face-to-face.
• Gather information and produce objective reports to support DWP decision-making.
• Attend comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure high performance.
