Job summary
Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a PIM & Product Onboarding Specialist to drive onboarding of new products across our digital channels and ensure accurate, engaging product information. You will own data in our PIM systems and collaborate with Ecommerce, Procurement and Marketing to deliver a seamless online experience.
The role focuses on improving product content, discoverability and data quality while supporting the growth of our ecommerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience within Ecommerce, Product Data, Digital Merchandising, Product Content or a similar digital environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accuracy and quality.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple products, projects and priorities.
- Confidence working with suppliers and stakeholders to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to analyse information, solve problems and improve processes.
- Customer-first mindset and proactive approach to impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive the onboarding of new products and categories across our digital channels, expanding our online offering.
- Create accurate, engaging product content to bring products to life online.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure high‑quality product information and assets.
- Take ownership of product information within PIM systems and ensure data is accurate.
- Enhance product content and discoverability to aid customer decision-making.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Procurement and Marketing for a seamless online experience.
- Champion product data quality and identify process improvements.
- Support growth and evolution of ecommerce platforms and digital channels.
