Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a Digital Campaign & Content Executive to power the ecommerce customer experience from our Head Office in Dartmoor. You’ll own the coordination of campaigns and content and work with stakeholders to ensure the right products, messages and promotions reach customers at the right time.

You’ll drive campaigns across digital channels, shaping the trading calendar and delivering engaging online content.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Strong multi-project management and prioritisation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset using performance metrics to improve campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of digital campaigns that engage customers and support trading performance.
• Shape and coordinate the digital trading calendar for timely campaigns.
• Deliver online content and promotional experiences to drive discovery and sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Ecommerce, Marketing, Design and Technology to deliver campaigns.
• Turn customer insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaigns and site performance.
• Support major trading events, seasonal campaigns and product launches online.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and ecommerce growth.
• Contribute ideas to evolve our digital channels with measurable impact.
