Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a Product Description Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end PDD collection, support data pre-population, and coordinate with vendors for PIM onboarding. You will ensure SLA delivery, data validation, and accurate translation of packaging data and assets across a retail-driven environment.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and excellent communication in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the end-to-end PDD collection process
• Support range team with data pre-population
• Vendor engagement, training and onboarding to PIM
• Ensure vendors meet collection SLA via PIM and Vendor Portal
• Validate data against data model principles
• Coordinate translation and respond to queries
• Deliver validated and translated PDD and packaging data/assets
• Escalate risks and mitigations related to range changes
• Become proficient in PIM and Vendor Portal usage
• Collaborate with Change Control and PIM Development teams
