Job description

Our dairy products are well known and include key brands such as Meadow Fresh, Kalo, Puhoi Valley, Tararua, Bouton D'or, Ornella, and Olivani.

We are currently looking for a R&D Pilot Plant Technician (PPT) to join our dairy research & development team at Meadow Fresh in Christchurch. As the PPT, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the product development of new dairy products for our dairy export markets.

In this role you will:

1. Lead the operation and maintenance of the dairy pilot plant for both your own projects and those of the wider team.
2. Lead the shelf-life evaluation of UHT dairy products, including whipping cream and UHT milk.
