Job summary

Capital Piling Ltd in the London area is looking for a Piling Operator to operate piling rigs and MINI rigs on-site for restricted access sites. You will set up machinery, perform piling and foundation works to engineering specifications, and work closely with site supervisors.

You will monitor equipment performance, conduct basic maintenance checks, and assist with site prep and material handling to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to company quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating piling rigs and related foundation equipment.
• Strong understanding of site safety practices and HSE compliance.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, method statements and drawings.
• Effective teamwork and communication with supervisors and crew.
• Valid UK driving licence and UK site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate piling rigs and MINI rigs on site per engineering specs.
• Set up machinery and carry out piling and foundation works.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Assist with site preparation, loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow health & safety procedures.
