Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 5 years relevant management experience.
• Previous experience in Production/Operations Management from a manufacturing background.
• Understanding of Lock out Tag Out and Permit to Work procedures.
• Excellent people leadership skills including communication, delegation, coaching, engagement and team building.
• Ability to convert business goals into practical production plans and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pigmented operations team to deliver budget volumes while meeting EHS, customer service, quality and cost targets.
• Define and lead the process to achieve year on year improvements to all parameters.
• Develop and motivate the team to deliver the plan.
• Report to the Operations Manager; base onsite in Stowmarket.
