Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with current UK registration.
• Mentorship certification and completion of Preceptorship.
• Experience in acute mental health settings and leadership.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and with complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide Band 6 clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.
• Lead on least restrictive practice and trauma‑informed care.
• Support de‑escalation, risk management and care planning.
• Supervise junior staff and contribute to quality improvement.
• Promote patient dignity, safety and compassionate care.
