CSS are recruiting for Packing/Picking Operatives in Coggeshall, Essex for night shifts (10PM–6AM). Immediate start, ongoing full-time work until year-end with genuine Temp-to-Perm opportunities for right candidates.

Roles include assembling packaging, picking and packing items, labeling for despatch and light warehouse duties. Transport links recommended for timely arrival.

Job description

CSS are currently recruiting for a number of additional Packing/Picking Operatives to join our busy Logistics Industry customer immediately on an ongoing basis for night shifts, based in Coggeshall, Essex.

Hours of the shift will be 10PM till 6AM.

Pay Rate - Competitive pay rate per hour. Premium for Night Shift.

Duties include:

• Assembling packaging of various sizes
• Picking stock items against an order
• Packing those items into the correct packaging
• Labelling and recording items for despatch

Previous Experience Required:

• Busy Warehouse Pick, Pack and Dispatch
• Previous Picking and Packing Experience Preffered
• Pick and Pack small item units
• Assembly of small unit packaging at speed

Essential Attributes

• Written and spoken English understanding
• Numerical ability at basic level

You must be able to arrive at the site location in time for your shift, please explore transport links if you do not have your transport.

Immediate start available. This is ongoing work on a full-time basis until the end of the year at the earliest. Genuine Temp to Perm opportunities for the right candidates with previous Warehouse/Pick/Pack experience.
