Job summary

The Big Phone Store in Wolverhampton is seeking a Picker Packer to join our busy warehouse team. This full-time, Monday to Friday role runs 8:00am to 5:00pm and involves accurately picking devices, packing orders, and preparing them for dispatch.

You’ll work with a PC and internal systems to process orders, aiming for daily productivity and accuracy KPIs while keeping your area clean and organised. Prior experience is preferred but attitude and reliability matter most.

The Big Phone Store is looking for a Picker Packer to join our busy warehouse team in Wednesfield.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role processing a high volume of mobile phones and other tech devices each day. You'll need to work accurately while maintaining the pace needed to meet daily KPIs and targets.

Previous warehouse, picking, packing or similar experience is preferred, but your attitude and work ethic are just as important to us.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking devices accurately for customer orders.
• Packing orders securely and preparing them for dispatch.
• Processing a high volume of devices throughout your shift.
• Using a PC and internal systems to process and update orders.
• Working towards daily productivity and accuracy KPIs.
• Checking orders and devices for accuracy.

• Working with the wider warehouse and dispatch teams.
• Following company processes and health and safety procedures.
