Job summary

The Big Phone Store in Wolverhampton is seeking a Picker Packer to join our busy warehouse team. This full-time, Monday to Friday role runs 8:00am to 5:00pm and involves accurately picking devices, packing orders, and preparing them for dispatch.

You’ll work with a PC and internal systems to process orders, aiming for daily productivity and accuracy KPIs while keeping your area clean and organised. Prior experience is preferred but attitude and reliability matter most.

Responsibilities

• Pick devices accurately for customer orders.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for dispatch.

• Check orders and devices for accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organised.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety rules.
