Job summary

Booker is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. The role covers 20 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends, in a fast-paced wholesale/retail environment.

You will focus on delivering fast, friendly service at the till, keeping shelves well-stocked, and assisting customers to find what they need. Flexibility and reliability are essential.

We welcome applicants aged 18+, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to presenting yourself professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends.
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service at tills and throughout the store.
• Keep shelves full, accurately stocked and well presented.
• Assist customers in finding products and inform about delivery options.
• Process orders quickly and accurately at the point of sale.

*This is a Part Time position for 20 hours a week, working 5 days on and 2 off inc weekends

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

We are 5/7 day operation, (check our website for specific opening times.)

We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.

Ideally experience within the Wholesale or Retail environment
