About the role

You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded by working across various store areas—no two days are the same. Responsibilities include stock filling, serving on tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Your efforts will ensure customers receive their items quickly and efficiently.

We seek someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, reporting discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging integrity for deliveries.
• Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Polite communication with delivery staff, handling queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues.
