About the role

You will be expected to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries. Everything you do matters to ensure our customers receive quick and efficient service.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Polite communication with delivery staff and responding appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to a supervisor.
