37.5 hours per week
0600-1400, 1400-2200, 2200-0600

About the role

• Efficient unloading, handling, and storage of delivered material
• Inspection of materials to agreed quality parameters
• Ensuring correct storage both inside and outside with location of materials and adhering to any special instructions
• Ensure Mill certification is with steel delivery – verifying correct cast numbers
• Correct identification and marking up of material with a unique traceability number
• Completed paperwork to be given to Purchasing Department
• Sorting and feeding production with materials according to production plans, including assisting with manoeuvring of materials on and off the machines, either by crane or manually
• Providing assistance in the Laser Department during downtime

About you

• Recent/relevant experience in a Manufacturing Goods In / Warehouse environment
• Valid and in-date Fork Lift Truck Licence – Counterbalance Licence B2
• Slinging and Lifting skills
• Collaborative working style
• Flexibility to adjust to workload priorities
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Physical stamina for manually moving materials
• Proficient in warehouse/manufacturing technology and computer-based operating systems
