About The Role

You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store. No two days will be the same, whether it’s filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries. Everything you do matters in providing quick, efficient service so our customers get everything they came for.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the Manager of any discrepancies.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Being polite and professional when dealing with delivery staff, responding appropriately to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to a supervisor.

You Will Need

• A positive attitude and comfort working to meet designated pick rates.
• A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Reliability in punctuality and presentation.
