Job summary

SUEZ in the United Kingdom is looking for a Picker to join our on-site team. The role involves picking and packing, loading lorries, and supporting site operations to maximise recycling material recovery.

You will follow instructions from the Site Manager, maintain a tidy site, record data accurately, and contribute to health and safety compliance. The position requires a practical, outdoors role with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Outdoor manual role, comfortable working outside in varying weather.
• Honest and motivated with an interest in recycling and SUEZ's mission.
• Ability to sort through waste and adhere to site safety rules.

• Co-operating with SUEZ UK and with other employees in order to comply with site permit, all applicable legislation and SUEZ UK’s Policies and Procedures
• Undertaking first aider duties and fire warden duties on site
• Any other duties that are reasonably requested within the scope of the job-role

What are the requirements?

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated whilst also an enthusiastic team player, with a passion for customer service, to join the team at SUEZ.

• We would like someone who is honest and has a passion for recycling and believes in the SUEZ vision of wanting to live in a society where there is no more waste.
• This is an outdoor manual role, so the successful candidate must be comfortable with working in various weather conditions and comfortable with sorting through waste.
