Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner in Liverpool to manage RTA and EL/PL Fast Track claims and progress files to meet deadlines. The role offers a pathway to progression within a growing department and requires strong client communication and CPR knowledge.

You will work within a busy PI team, delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment with flexible working options and benefits, including a salary up to £45,000 dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling RTA or EL/PL claims.
• Solid understanding of Civil Procedure Rules.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisation, time management and client care abilities.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Detail-focused with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of RTA and EL/PL Fast Track claims.
• Manage litigated matters in line with CPR and court procedures.
• Progress files efficiently and meet key deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Deliver high-quality case outcomes within a fast-paced environment.
