Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner for a Liverpool-based team. You will manage a caseload of RTA and EL/PL Fast Track claims, progress files in line with CPR and court procedures, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will build client relationships, communicate clearly, and work closely with the PI team to support growth, with flexible working options and a market-leading bonus scheme on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience handling RTA or EL/PL claims.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and court procedures.
• Litigation experience is essential.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client care abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a busy PI team.

Responsibilities
