Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERS product range and policy wordings.
• Familiarity with personal injury sector regulations.
• Understanding of internal claims handling procedures.
• Experience with damages assessment and litigation steps.

Responsibilities

• Validate claims and verify details with underwriters' records.
• Determine liability and recoveries; query indemnity and quantum.
• Follow pre/post-litigation procedures and reserve philosophy.
• Attend conferences and court sittings as required.
• Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
• Support MI production and analysis.
