Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is seeking a Band 4 Physiotherapy Technical Instructor to join the Acute Medical Physiotherapy Team at Glan Clwyd Hospital. You will carry your own caseload with supervision, engage with patients, and work both independently and as part of a team.

The role requires NVQ level 3 or equivalent with relevant rehabilitation experience; highly skilled handling techniques and rehabilitation programmes may be involved.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent plus relevant experience in a therapy department.
• Experience in rehabilitation and patient handling within physical health care.

Responsabilités

• Assist the qualified physiotherapist in management of patients and follow therapeutic programmes.
• Manage an own clinical caseload with supervision and work independently when appropriate.
• Potentially use skilled handling techniques to aid movement and rehabilitation; speak Welsh is desirable.
