Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel invites applications for a Physiotherapist to join our MSK and Occupational Health team in Mansfield, UK. The role is a locum, ongoing with a six-month assignment, offering a flexible schedule from 13:00 to 21:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

You will deliver Occupational Health physiotherapy, focusing on early return to work and functional assessments. You must hold HCPC registration and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must hold current HCPC registration.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
• Experience or strong interest in occupational health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Occupational Health Physiotherapy services focusing on early return to work.
• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatments in-person and remotely.
• Advise employers on fitness for work and necessary workplace adjustments.
• Adhere to national clinical standards for rehabilitation care.
• Complete treatment records in line with policies and guidelines.
• Provide reports on employee fitness and workplace adjustments.
• Conduct workplace assessments such as DSE and provide recommendations.
• Remain objective in adherence to occupational health guidance.
