Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Physiotherapist for an Occupational Health/MSK role in Mansfield. This locum position is part-time (2 days per week: Tuesday and Wednesday, 13:00-21:00) for 6 months, paying £30 per hour.

The role involves clinical assessments, workplace assessments and early return-to-work planning. You'll work within the Occupational Health/MSK team, providing expert physiotherapy services, including remote consultations as needed and adherence to national clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist, CSP member and HCPC registered.
• Must reside near Mansfield or surrounding areas and have a valid driving licence.
• Experience or strong interest in Occupational Health desirable.
• Part-time locum with 6 months commitment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis and treatment in-person and remotely.
• Provide management fitness to work advice and workplace adjustments.
• Deliver services aligned with national rehabilitation standards.
• Develop personalised treatment plans to enable early return to work.
• Perform workplace ergonomic and musculoskeletal risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate records to support continuity of care.
