A leading NHS organization is looking for an experienced MSK outpatient physiotherapist to join its busy department in Southend on Sea. This role involves assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, leading a team, and contributing to service development. Successful applicants will have a degree in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration, and experience in the NHS.

We are looking for an experienced MSK outpatient physiotherapist with a holistic approach to patient care that adopts the core values of MSE Hospitals.
You will be specialised in advanced musculoskeletal skills assessing and treating patients with complex pathology. You will have experience in leading a team, service development and project management. You would also have experience of multidisciplinary working and be a role model for the department, working with the Clinical and Operational Managers on workforce and service planning.
This post creates a fantastic opportunity for you to work within a busy outpatient physiotherapy department, assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Patients will be referred to the service from their General Practitioners or a variety of members of the multidisciplinary team. They may have been assessed and triaged through our clinical assessment and triage service (CATS) or be direct referrals from the orthopaedic wards.
We work together, and in conjunction with MSE Health and Care Partnership, to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients in a compassionate way, and provide a respectful, but vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.
