The Hampshire Clinic, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Physiotherapist to join its team on a bank, as-and-when-required basis. You will cover busy periods and annual leave, providing high-quality care across inpatient and/or outpatient settings.

Requirements include HCPC registration, CSP membership, and a postgraduate physiotherapy qualification (BSc Hons or MSc). The role emphasizes clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and strong communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions.
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Use therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and education to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Refer patients to other services when required and manage a varied caseload across inpatient/outpatient settings.

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Duties of this role include:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions (dependent on setting).
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Use a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
• Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.
• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
